Taneisha is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Presbyterian Apartments that include taking prospective residents on tours of the property, application processing for residents’ initial certifications, as well as the move-in process and recertification required by law. Taneisha schedules all maintenance and repairs to maintain a high-quality building and is the primary liaison with Presbyterian Senior Living. Taneisha has an extensive Real Estate and Property Management background. She is a licensed real estate broker, with certificates in Facilities Management, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance, and Assisted Housing Management.

Ann coordinates on-site supportive services that allow residents to age in place by making referrals to appropriate human and community service agencies, durable medical equipment providers, home health care providers, and transportation and pharmacy delivery services. Residents are provided the opportunity to develop and maintain social networks, participate in spiritual, social, health and wellness education programs, as well as physical and mental exercise programs. Ann assists families with discharge planning from the hospital to ensure proper services are coordinated for a safe transition to home and assists families and residents when it is necessary to transition to a higher level of care. Ann also works cooperatively with the Entertainment and Activity Committee of the Resident Council to plan and conduct activities within the building. A lifelong resident of Harrisburg, Ann has been working in Social Services for 25 years, including nursing home, rehabilitation and hospital social work.
